Agreement on transfer of sentenced persons- in order to facilitate the transfer of Indian prisoners convicted in Qatar to India, and Qatari citizens convicted in India to Qatar to serve the remaining part of their sentence. The objective of the agreement to enable the sentenced persons to be near their families and help them in the process of social rehabilitation.
