  1. Diploma in Housing Laws

About the Course: Housing is an important aspect of life and also an important source of investment.  The course trains the entrants with legal and practical information about the laws related to Immovable property, Housing and Real Estate, in India. This course is beneficial to Architect, Engineers and Lawyers

Eligibility:  Graduation from any faculty, B.S.L, Diploma Holders of any other allied courses

Date of Commencement : 8th August 2016

Duration of the course :    3 months (32 units of teaching )

Days: Four days in a week (Monday to Thursday)

Timings: 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Fees : (For ILS Students):   Rs. 35,000/- + 15% Service tax = Rs.40,250

(For Non ILS Students):  Rs. 40,000/- + 15% Service Tax = Rs. 46,000/-

      2. Post Graduate Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution Mechanism (Through Distance Learning)
About the Course: The Post Graduate Diploma programme in ADR Mechanisms aims to familiarize the candidates with unconventional methods (Negotiation, Mediation &Arbitration ) which are successfully adopted to resolve commercial and personal disputes. The programme intend to help participants of the programme to develop appropriate skills in these methods, to facilitate them for application of those methods, to settle disputes.
Eligibility: Graduation from any faculty, B.S.L, Diploma Holders of any other allied courses
Date of Commencement: 1st August 2016
Duration of the course : 6 months
