It will be joint responsibility of OICs of both the concerned offices to issue PPO within 7 days.

The PRO and officials in the Facilitation Centre should be instructed to scrutinise the claim forms received in respect of death cases and guide the claimants for submission of all required documents in one attempt only. For this purpose one official may be trained in the Facilitation Centre and deputed to look after death case claims with proper display in this regard made on the seat/counter. “Please contact for death cases” in Hindi, Regional Language and English. All death case claims must invariable be stamped as “DEATH CASE – TOP PRIORITY”. The Official in Charge of all field offices shall personally monitor the death case on day to day basis.
