The President in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, appointed S/Shri Ashok Kumar Gaur, Manoj Kumar Garg, Inderjeet Singh, Dr. Virendra Kumar Mathur, and Ramchandra Singh Jhala, to be Additional Judges of the Rajasthan High Court, in that order of seniority.
The appointment of S/Shri Ashok Kumar Gaur, Manoj Kumar Garg, and Inderjeet Singh, would be for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices. However, the period of appointment in respect of Dr. Virendra Kumar Mathur, and Shri Ramchandra Singh Jhala are with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices till 015th September, 2018 and 02nd July, 2018 respectively.
