LLM Book Chapter Appreciation Competition 2.0 2017-18 (State level competition for ‘LLM students)

The competition is designed to test research, comprehension and writing skills.

The soft copies of the chapter shall be made available on registration, post which registered student can decide to author critique of the chapter in 500-600 words on any one chapter of choice.

Last date for submission is 18th February 2018 23:59 hrs.

Evaluation break up is as follows:

1.   Comprehension of the underlying essence of the case 20
2.   Research undertaken (in terms of the precedents found) and cited in the write-up 30
3.   Writing skills, i.e.

 

a.      Content

b.     Logical sequencing

c.      Language and Grammar

d.     Amalgamation of ideas

e.      Creativity

10 for each sub head=50

LLM SHORT CASE ANALYSIS COMPETITION 2017-18 (National Level competition for LL.M. students)

The competition is designed at the State Level, with the entire three-step process, i.e. registration, case alternatives choice and submission being online, over email.

Detailed steps:

1. Registration:

a. Kindly register yourself individually by sending a mail with Full Name, College Name and Roll Number to llm@ilslaw.in

In case, of any technical or otherwise problem, you may also register by sending, Full Name and Roll Number, through SMS or WhatsApp message to Saranya Mishra at (+91) 7506228224.

b. The last date of registration is 10th February 2018.

2. Case Alternative Choice:

a. The cases shall be disclosed only to the registered participants via email.

b. For the purpose of the Competition any of the alternative would have to be chosen by the participant and conveyed to the organiser via email.

c. The cases are primarily based on the theme of General Public Law.

3. Submission:

a. A Short Case Analysis of the chosen case has to be submitted by 25th February 2017 23:59 hrs.

b. Word Limit for the Submission is 500-600 words.
