On 22-04-2015, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) and M/s Motivation U.K. The objective of the MoU is to transfer technology from M/s Motivation U.K. to ALIMCO, in order to produce and provide cost effective and affordable technologically advanced Wheel chairs to PwDs across the country. The MoU will improve the independence and mobility of PwDs from all sections of society in the country as well as fulfill the dream of ‘Make in India’.
