The Seventh NLU Antitrust Law Moot Court Competition is being organized and hosted by National Law University, Jodhpur between 11th to 13th March, 2016.

This competition is organised in association with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.,  under the patronage of the Competition Commission of India.

Over the last six years, this competition has grown into one of the biggest moot court competitions in India owing to a challenging problem and excellent judging, and witnesses the participation of some of the best law colleges in the country. Participants get the opportunity to argue before expert practitioners and academicians, including judges from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and the Competition Commission of India.

A maximum of forty five invited teams will be hosted this year. The registration would be made on a first come first serve basis.

The important dates for the moot court competition are listed below:

Release of the Proposition and Rules:                                    16th January, 2016
Last date for seeking Clarifications:                                       28th January, 2016
Release of Clarifications:                                                        1st February, 2016
Registration Deadline:                                                            6th February, 2016
Last date for Submission of Electronic Copy of Memorials: 6th March, 2016
Last date for Submission of Printed Copy of Memorials:      10th March, 2016
Competition:                                                                           11th – 13th March, 2016
