Provisional anti dumping duty imposed on seamless tubes, pipes and hollow profiles of iron, alloy or non-steel alloy (other than cast iron and stainless steel), whether hot finished or cold drawn or cold rolled of an external diameter not exceeding 355.6mm or 14 OD, originating in or exported from People’s Republic of China, for a period not exceeding 6 months.
