The Centre for Private International Law (GCPrIL), Gujarat National Law University organised A Training Programme Series on “Babies crossing Borders – Surrogacy, Laws and Practice” on September 30-October 1, 2016.
The GNLU Centre for Private International Law has brought out a special edition of its newsletter – Private International Law Reporter, based on the theme ‘Surrogacy’, containing a compilation of articles on the topic published across various newspapers, blogs etc. The articles are:
