The President in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India transferred Shri Justice Satrughana Pujahari, Judge of the Orissa High Court, as a Judge of the Madras High Court and directed him to assume charge of his office in the Madras High Court on or before 28th November, 2017.
