The Training and Placement Cell of Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA in association with International Cell organised ‘Seminar on U.S. Constitutional Law: An Introduction’ by Mr. Stephen G. Barnes on September 28, 2018. Students who were interested in pursuing LL.M. attended the session as Mr. Stephen G. Barnes also shared the information on ‘LL.M. at Penn State Law, the Pennsylvania State University, USA’ and information on Scholarships.

Three students of Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA namely, Ms. Rishikaa (Batch 2013-18), Ms. Prachie Jain (Batch 2012-17) and Ms. Vandita Khare (Batch 2012-17) have earned Scholarships and are pursuing LL.M. at Penn State Law in the academic year 2018-19.

Mr. Stephen G. Barnes is Assistant Dean of Graduate and International Programs at the Pennsylvania State University. Before his appointment, Mr. Steve lived for 8 years in China where he was a visiting law professor at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing and also served as Penn State Law China Programs Director. Mr. Steve is proficient in French, Chinese, and Swedish, and is energized by the cultural diversity that talented international students bring to Penn State Law.  Mr. Steve’s educational qualification include J.D., University of Oregon; M.B.A., The George Washington University; & B.A., Brigham Young University.
