S.O. 781(E)—In pursuance of sub-rule (b) of rule 3 of the Passport (Entry into India) Rules, 1950, the Central Government hereby designates Dera Baba Nanak Land Check Post of Distt. Gurdaspur, Punjab State as an authorized Immigration Check Post for entry into/exit from India with valid travel documents for all classes of passengers.
S.O. 782(E)—In pursuance of Sub-Clause (2) of clause 2 of the Foreigners Order 1948, the Central Government hereby appoints the Chief Immigration Officer, BoI Dera Baba Nanak as the “Civil Authority” for the purpose of the said Order for the Immigration Check Post located at Dera Baba Nanak, Distt. Gurdaspur (Punjab) with effect from 11th February, 2019.
