Orders of Appointment of the Acting Chief Justice of the H.P. Court
President appoints Justice Dharam Chand Chaudhary, senior-most Judge of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, to perform the duties of the office of Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date Justice V. Ramasubramanian relinquishes the charge as the Chief Justice of the Himachal Pradesh High Court consequent upon his appointment as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India.
