There is already PG Diploma in Cyber Law courses in practice by Universities like Nalsar , Symbiosis and others, But there is no preference by Govt to these PGD in making selection for Posts under state or central Govt in Enforcement, Investigation ,Cyber Police, Prosecution or at Govt Policy making Level. Govt must give weightage to PGD in Cyber Laws in above disciplines under GST ,NIA, ED, CBI ,SFIO deptts, where these Professionals can do justice with the Certification and Resources awarded by these Top Universities.
